How to buy tickets for the ERT?

  1. First you must register as a user with your name etc. To do that,  LOG INLOG IN is on the top right side of your screen and click under NEW CUSTOMER and CONTINUE.

  2. CONTINUE will bring you to a page asking for your personal details, and also a password you must use in future. After completion of this page, click CONTINUE.
  3. You will now have an account with ERT, you will receive an email confirming this. Be sure to whitelist herman@ertsasolburg.co.za in your email contacts.
  4. When you are logged in at ertickets.com you will now be able to Reserve Seats to some events and buy tickets when there are General Admission tickets for sale. It is important to note that ertickets.com accepts PDF eTickets at the door as printed on paper or viewable on your smartphone.

  5. Buying tickets requires that you view the SHOW details and actively ADD products to your "shopping basket", you will be given 15 minutes to complete your order. You will see a timout countdown in the header of the website. The entire order will be cleared if you do not finish in time.

  6. Select seats from our seat plan or add tickets from out General Admission pages. Click CART CONTENTS to check your basket contents. When you are satisfied click CHECKOUT and you will be directed to choose a Payment Method. Usually Yoco Credit Card payment or Bank Transfer option. Choose your preferred method and click CONTINUE. You will now be directed to the confirmation page and you can check your order and pay. For a successful transaction you will be directed to a success page where you can download your eTickets immediately and you can exit the application or go to your own account page.Contents
  7. You will receive eTickets as attachments in your email receipts for a successful Credit Card payment. However if you choose to pay by Bank Transfer your order will be in PENDING status and your eTickets will not be released until we have confirmed your payment, possible up to 3 days is required before we update your order to DELIVERED status and we will send your email receipt with your eTickets.   8. Whenever you login at ertickets.com you are able to check your account and view existing and previous orders...just find the 'My Account' link in the header or in the footer of the website. Be sure to bookmark https://www.ertickets.com.
